Event: Competition Entry for the regeneration of Latsia Park

Our entry focused on the continued flow of people from all entry/exit points around the park. As the landscape was so varied and with such steep slopes it was a challenge to provide pathways which could easily and safely transfer people through all the programme of the park as well as through it’s complex landscape without the use of steps at any point.

Around the pathways were the uses such as the amphitheatre, strategically placed to maximise the beautiful view as an almost false background to the show. The environmental centers, cafeteria, outdoor cinema, play area are all integrated in a simple and effective design.
